Today marks the first anniversary of our Multipurpose Terminal, and we couldn’t be prouder of the incredible journey we’ve had so far!
Notably, our terminal’s specifications allowed us to handle the MV CMA CGM T. ROOSEVELT, a 15K TEU capacity vessel with a draft of 16 m, on February 3rd, 2024. This historic moment marked the largest container vessel ever to call Alexandria port. Excitingly, we’re equipped to handle even larger vessels, with the capability to accommodate 24K TEU vessels.
