Senior IT tos Engineer/administrator vacancy
Key Responsibilities:-
- Ensure TOS is always available and accessible to all users 24x7
- Actively responding to incidents raised by TOS users, following incident management practices
- Establishing and managing the Service Level Agreements & Service Operational Agreements
- Establishing and maintaining operational processes/procedures for TOS administrative activities
- Actively conducting effective workflow mapping process in line with the business requirements
- Establishing and maintaining a set of business scenarios to anticipate based on best practices
- Enforcing fault finding and problem solving through well-designed incident process
- Managing operational security and ensuring well-defined access rights management for TOS with complete following for approval formal cycle related
- Enforcing change management process through the approved channels
- Proactively gathering information/requirements and maintaining proper logs/documentation
- Configuring, installing, and maintaining TOS and all its modules, interfaces, and integrations
- Ensuring continuous service improvement of the TOS functionalities and performance
- Continuously contributing to the ongoing and new enhancement whenever required
- Closely working with all stakeholders to align changes required in TOS to the Business needs
- Closely working with the project team to support successful delivery of new initiatives
- Mitigating identified risks and ensuring to report them through the appropriate channels
- Maintaining strong relationship with local and international vendors, especially TOS provider
- Ensuring patching of new releases are being carried out as required for TOS
- Ensuring full compliance with copy rights and licensing agreements
- Actively engaging in the disaster recovery drills on a regular basis
Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with 5 years in Terminal Operating System
- In-depth experience in system deployment and integrations between different systems
- Strong understanding of Oracle database licensing design, implementation, and administration
- Strong understanding of Windows server 19 and above administration and infra structure
- Proven records in solving complex problems and analyzing structured and unstructured data
